Summer (July-August) 2017 Classes
Take 45-minutes to nurture and love your body and experience a true connection to your outer & inner-self through this Pilates fusion class. Taught by Sarah Bennett, Monday nights, 6-6:45pm, July 10th, 17th July 31st, Aug. 7th OR Wednesdays afternoons, July 12th, 19th, August 2nd, 9th, 1:30-2:15pm
Okay, so your chair won’t be on fire, but your abs will! This class focuses on strengthening your core for the first part of class (15 minutes) so that you can be strong when you get on the chair the second part of class (30 minutes). Guaranteed you’ll be doing some unique ab exercises and chair routines! Taught by Christine, Mondays, July 10th-Aug 14th, 7:45-8:30pm

Inspired by the interval fitness model, we will be targeting different muscle groups and mixing in intense bursts of dance cardio with lower intensity “breaks.” Class is suitable for all levels of dance experience/physical fitness. Taught by Amy Hall, Tuesdays (6 weeks), July 11th-Aug. 15th, 7-8pm.
