Early Summer 2017 Classes
Take 45-minutes to nurture and love your body and experience a true connection to your outer & inner-self through this brand new, Pilates fusion class. Taught by Sarah Bennett, Wednesdays, May 3rd-June 7th, 1:30-2:15pm.
In 30 minutes, you’ll have engaged your core, stretched each part of your body thoroughly and powerfully, and calmed your mind for the perfect night cap. Enjoy a glass of wine or tea at the beginning of each class. Only $25 for 5 classes, or $7 drop-in. Taught by Christine, Thursdays, May 5th-11th, May 25th-June 8th (no class May 18th), 8:30-9pm.
We’ll weave different dance forms – Contemporary dance with elements of Hip Hop, Jazzy Showgirl, Modern, and Bollywood – together to create a unique routine that feels both focused and freeing. Taught by Christine, Thursdays, May 4th-June 8th, 7:30-8:30pm
Inspired by the interval fitness model, we will be targeting different muscle groups and mixing in intense bursts of dance cardio with lower intensity “breaks.” Class is suitable for all levels of dance experience/physical fitness. Taught by Amy Hall, Thursdays, May 4th-June 8th, 6:30-7:30pm
