Welcome back to day 2 of the 2019 Hormone Summit! It’s time to “Bring the Downstairs UpFront” with Amanda Hayes Fugate (her awesome catchphrase!). Amanda is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, and today we’re talking about how important this area is to our hormones, sexual health, and emotional well-being. If you don’t know anything about your pelvic floor, you’re about to fall in love with this rarely-talked about body part. Sit back, relax, and enjoy some incredible pelvic floor knowledge!

About amanda:
Amanda hayes fugate, MPT
Pelvic floor physical therapist
Amanda went to Western Carolina University in 2007 with the unique goal of being a pelvic health therapist – she even won a national scholarship because of her passion in this area. Upon graduation she dove head first into creating a pelvic health program from the ground up for an outpatient physical therapy practice in the Asheville, NC area.
Continuing to expand her expertise over the past 10 years has been an amazing journey which led her to teach for the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute and open her own pelvic health practice: Pelvic Forward PT. Her goal is to provide comprehensive and patient directed care in the changing medical climate.
