2020 Hormone Summit

What this Summit is all about:
As women, we’ve been taught SO LITTLE about our hormones, and yet they are the captain controlling the ship that is our bodies!
Not only do our hormones impact us physically, but they are the deciding factor in our mental health. And there are far too many of us currently suffering with debilitating stress, anxiety, and depression.
Not to mention that our current healthcare system struggles to believe women and their pain, and if they do, a prescription or surgery is their answer. After my own fibroid-surgery-gone-wrong, my mission became understanding women’s hormones as best as I could – and sharing this knowledge with women far & wide so that YOU can make the best decision for YOUR body.
I’ve been lucky to meet some of the leading, cutting-edge hormonal experts in the game, and they inspired me to put together the first Hormone Summit in 2019. Now we’re back with the 2020 Hormone Summit, twice as big and includes experiential hormone support along with all of the fantastic information from our guest experts!
Thank you for joining us for this Summit the week on September 21st-26th. Much of the information is geared towards cycling women identified as females at birth, but the gut health, hormone testing, energy practices, and experiential exercises offer information to non-cycling women, those in menopause, and trans people. Did you miss it? You can still purchase the ENTIRE Summit for only $39!! Register below in order to gain instant access to the Summit, which includes interviews, experiential exercises, and amazing freebies that’ll get you well on your way to hormonal freedom!
“Thank you so much, Christine!! The Hormone Summit is one of the best I’ve ever seen! (I’m a Summit junkie, lol). It was so informative and soooo much fun! Yourself and all the speakers were amazing and I enjoyed each and every talk! Thanks again, Christine, I appreciate all you shared.”
During this event, you’ll learn:
- How your gut, liver, and adrenals are tied to your hormone health
- Eating for your cycle
- What your thyroid is up to, and why that may be key to your hormonal imbalance
- That your fertility is not broken, and you can have the baby of your dreams!
- How to best support your body postpartum
- Which birth control options are best and safest for you
- Deep dive into functional hormone testing, including the DUTCH test and Diagnostechs eFHP panel
- Working with trauma and emotions to help regulate your stress and menstrual cycle
- Aging gracefully through perimenopause and menopause
- How yoga is a fantastic way to help balance out hormones
- Tapping into astrology to connect to your divine self
This year’s bonus experiential modules include:
- Specific yoga poses to reduce stress
- Using AIT and EFT to calm your system
- Breathing exercises that will reduce cortisol, the underlying hormone to all your sex hormones
- Bhangra dancing to connect to de-stress and connect to joy and spirit
“Loved, loved the Hormone Summit! Thank you for all the info and work that you do for women’s health!”

Jaime Fleres is a Shamanic Astrologer and Soul Guide who helps empower and support individuals who are ready to wake up to the truth of who they are, clear old blocks that are holding them back, align with who they came to be, and creatively express themselves in the world.
An author and an artist, Jaime believes in the power of expressing one’s unique creativity as a way to embody our souls. She loves offering Shamanic Astrology readings because they give individuals a unique archetypal map of their own souls and a profound personal compass for navigating life in an authentic way. This work gives people a deep sense of who they are and reorients them from the social and familial scripts they’ve been given, to their personal soul intentions and unique path.
While so much of our culture and healing modalities focus on what is broken or hurt, Jaime loves to lean into models of wholeness that help people remember their soul truths and personal wholeness, while honoring the full range of what it means to be human. As a Soul Guide, Jaime uses sound channeling, deep imagery work, narrative processing, embodied movement, creative expression, ritual, nature encounters, and other modalities to support her clients in private, customized healing programs.
Jaime offers virtual courses, as well as workshops and retreats in Asheville, North Carolina and around the world. She can be found at SacredHeartHealingArts.com, where she offers free meditations, mini-courses, sound gifts, astrology support, and other resources.
