When you get the worst diagnosis you possibly can in your mid-40s, what do you do?

Well, if you are Tara Coyote, you take it on full-speed ahead.

For the last 3.5 years, she has gone toe-to-toe with breast cancer, dealing with it both holistically and eventually, after her life got turned upside down, with chemo. She has had many “aha”s along the way that made her drop all pretenses, and she is no longer tethered to the “right way” with her health choices.

She follows that which allows her to keep living. And by living, I mean living every single day to its fullest.

Her inspirational story will provide solace in these turbulent times. Because if she can handle her illness with such reverence, respect, and action, we can take on a virus that is changing everything we have depended on until this moment.

Listen to what gifts Tara has to share, whether you yourself are facing a cancer diagnosis or not. It’s a beautiful story that will leave you more connected to your own humanity!

Tara Coyote was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer 3.5 ago and chose an exclusive natural path of healing for 2.5 years. After her life was turned upside down, she was forced to sell the horse ranch and retreat center she owned and the cancer spread. At that point, she moved back to her native home of Kauai. Facing death and recommendations for hospice, she had to face fear of allopathic medicine and chemotherapy. Nine months of intense chemo later, her last test scores said cancer-free, though she still has cancer in her body.
