Chasing and Finding Your Story (And How This Impacts Your Hormones) with Tracy Hopkins

Have you ever chased a story? Do you have any idea what that means?

Well, if you don’t already know, you are about to find out today.

Chasing a story is a revolutionary idea of throwing out the traditional storytelling technique of tying things up with a bow, where the audience takes in a lesson the storytelling is giving. Instead, the story is worthy in-and-of-itself without a perfect ending, and the audience has a chance to “chase the story” by asking questions of the storyteller.

And eek! This is what I’m going to be doing on Sep. 22nd at Bottle Riot in Asheville, NC.

In today’s episode I talk with creator Tracy Hopkins, who founded Chase The Story Revolution, and things get vulnerable real quickly as we discuss her experience finding her own story.

We also cover:

✅ How each us of have a story, and how sharing that story can cannot us, instead of separate us

✅ How stressing out about falling into old stories or patterns in our lives can make things worse for our health as compared to acceptance

✅ The way that our stories become even more important as we find ourselves heading into perimenopause and menopause
