Take 45-minutes to nurture and love your body and experience a true connection to your outer & inner-self through this Pilates fusion class. Taught by Sarah Bennett, Monday nights, 6-6:45pm, July 10th, 17th July 31st, Aug. 7th OR Wednesdays afternoons, July 12th, 19th, August 2nd, 9th, 1:30-2:15pm

DanceSing Kween: We Got the Beat!

The Kweens are back, and this time they’re ready to get moving with The Go-Go’s “We Got the Beat”. In this series, you will sing, you will dance, you will laugh your booty off! Taught by Michelle, Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm, July 13th-Aug. 17th (6 weeks)

Storytelling Modern Dance

In this series, we will focus on an interpretation of modern choreography that focuses on telling a personal story through music and dance. Taught by Michelle, Tuesdays, 6-7, July 11th-Aug. 15th (6 weeks)

Chair on Fire!

Okay, so your chair won’t be on fire, but your abs will! This class focuses on strengthening your core for the first part of class (15 minutes) so that you can be strong when you get on the chair the second part of class (30 minutes). Guaranteed you’ll be doing some unique ab exercises and chair routines! Taught by Christine, Mondays, July 10th-Aug 14th, 7:45-8:30pm

Hip Hop Bhangra

We’re taking a page out of the UK and doing it like they’ve done it for the last 20 years – bringing Bhangra and Hip Hop together! Taught by Christine, Mondays, July 10th-Aug. 14th, 6:45-7:45pm.

Dance Conditioning with Amy

Inspired by the interval fitness model, we will be targeting different muscle groups and mixing in intense bursts of dance cardio with lower intensity “breaks.” Class is suitable for all levels of dance experience/physical fitness. Taught by Amy Hall, Tuesdays (6 weeks), July 11th-Aug. 15th, 7-8pm.

Hip Hop Showgirl **Performance Class**

Hip Hop Showgirl combines the sass and sexiness of Showgirl with the strength and poppin’ and lockin’ of Hip Hop to showcase a tight, flawless dance. Taught by Christine, Thursdays, July 6th-Aug. 24th, 7:30-8:30pm. ONLY 3 SPOTS LEFT!
