Get Your Hormones Right

A life-altering 12-week program that focuses on gut healthstress reductionhormone balance.

If you have fibroids, ovarian cysts, unbearable PMS or are finding your way into and through perimenopause, this program is for YOU.

I'm Ready

Tired of the PMS, Fibroids, and Cysts?

I get it. After my fibroid-surgery-gone-horribly-wrong, I sure didn’t want to face what I’d do if another large one grew.

But it’s not just about fibroids. Or the cysts. It’s about the breast tenderness. The mood swings. The spotting randomly throughout the month. The bloating and weight gain during the second half of the month.

The missed periods, the bloody-nightmare periods. The fatigue and not being able to get out of bed for days.

Here’s the thing – it’s not just that your estrogen is high or your progesterone is out of whack. It starts way before that with your gut health and your adrenals and thyroid. And to shift your sex hormones into something resembling functional, those other parts is where you must begin.

Know your body

How’s Your Fifth Vital Sign Treating You?

For many women, not too well.

Wait, let me back up a second here and explain what the Fifth Vital Sign is, in case you haven’t heard this term before. It’s the idea that our menstrual cycle is women’s fifth sign of health, alongside the traditional signs of body temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate, and blood pressure.

I’d venture to say it’s the MOST important sign of a woman’s health, starting from the very first time she has her period.

Culturally, we have been disconnected from accessing the knowledge of this vital sign by being told our periods are painful and a nuisance, that any period issue should just be fixed with birth control, that fertility issues must be dealt with via medication, and that fibroids and ovarian cysts are burdens that need to be surgically removed.

I’m here to say that denying our intimate connection to our fifth vital sign has done a disservice to women that impacts EVERY. PART. OF. OUR. LIVES.

Now, it’s time to change that.

Physical

In order to balance your hormones and come out of estrogen dominance hell, dietary changes, movement, sweating, and specific supplements are a must. During this 12 weeks, you’ll learn what changes are right for your body.

Emotional

Often overlooked, the emotional component of estrogen dominance or whacky hormones is just as important as the physical. Stress reduction & working to let go of old patterns that no longer serve are necessary.

Energetic

Just as we have a physical body, we also have an energetic one that needs to be tended to. In this program, you’ll learn techniques to help shift areas you had no idea were impacting your health.

What Do You Get?

Guidance

Over the 12 weeks of the program, you’ll receive a weekly packet via email with themed instruction each week. Each week builds on the last to give you a holistic approach to balancing hormones.

Protocols

In this program, protocols are provided to target estrogen dominance, which is at the root of many menstrual issues, including fibroids and cysts, over-the-top PMS, and heavy periods.

Support

The program includes weekly Zoom video calls, with both myself and other hormone experts. There will also be bi-weekly small group support calls, and a FB support group.

Optional Extras

You will be able to access the latest in functional health testing as a part of this program, including the GI-Map and the MRT food sensitivities test. You will also learn the basics of how the Dutch test works.

Don’t Miss

Each Week Has A Theme

Every Monday, you’ll have a packet of explanations, exercises, and guidance for that week’s topic. These are chock full of information that will shift your mind, body, and soul.

Week 1 - Hormones and The Food We Eat

If you want your hormones to balance out, you absolutely have to Heal. Your. Gut. Hormones completely depend on not only what you are eating, but also what you are absorbing.

One of the best ways to figure out what foods aren’t working for you is by tracking what you eat and the symptoms you experience. Then you can remove the offending foods and begin to include supplementation that reseals the gut lining, which ups immune function and hormone production. We’ll guide you through this process step-by-step. *Optional gut and food intolerance testing is available if you want specific answers right away.*

Week 2 - Get the Xenoestrogens Out

Environmental toxins are everywhere, and they impact our hormones BIG time. During this week, we’ll clean house – for REAL – of all the xenoestrogens, from cleaning products to makeup and skincare. You’ll be given safer options that do not contain xenoestrogens, which increase our estrogen load and cause a host of issues. *Option to upgrade to hormone testing support.*

Week 3 - Supplements

Supplementation can be a tricky thing. When it works, it is wonderful – when it doesn’t, it can feel like a waste. Learn what supplements and/or herbs you need based on your symptoms.  Protocols based on symptomology are part of this module.

Week 4 - Movement

Moving your body in ways that feels good to it is necessary for your hormones to work properly. We’ll talk about the pros and cons of different exercise regimens and you’ll craft your own personalized movement plan.

Week 1 - Track Your Diet

If you want your hormones to balance out, you absolutely have to Heal. Your. Gut. Hormones completely depend on not only what you are eating, but also what you are absorbing.

Week 4 - Movement

Moving your body in ways that feels good to it is necessary for your hormones to work properly. We’ll talk about the pros and cons of different exercise regimens and you’ll craft your own personalized movement plan.

Week 5 - Get the Stress Out

Did you know your stress levels have a HUGE impact on your homornes? Too much cortisol doesn’t place nice with progesterone, but too little cortisol is not good either. This week, you’ll learn exactly how stress affects your hormones, and ways to combat its powerful influence.

Week 6 - Emotions Check-In

How you feel emotionally on a daily basis has a MASSIVE impact on your hormones. This week, we’ll dive into how your emotional world has been driving you – and what to do to shift it, creating new neural pathways to achieve different, beneficial results.

Week 7 - Detox Your Body

This isn’t about juice cleanses or weird liver detoxes. It’s about creating a blend of daily rituals to aid your detoxifying organs. Castor oil packs, dry brushing, epsom salt baths, infrared saunas, yoni steams and more will be discussed.

Week 8 - Energy Options

This week we’ll talk about how energy impacts your hormones, and then drop into my favorite systems: EFT, AIT, and mystical approaches. You get a chance to try them, and see which one works for you!

Week 9 - What's Working?

At this point in the program, you should see some real profound changes, and also have figured out what doesn’t work. Here’s your opportunity to shift to a different protocol, or create your own based on the different protocols available.

Week 10 - Reigniting the Ooh-La-La

Our hormones impact our sex drive, big time. It’s easy to get “meh” about sex when birth control zaps you, or perimenopause drops your progesterone like it’s hot, or hidden infections clobber your hormones. By this time in the program, sex drive has usually already improved, but this week, we’ll talk about ways to recover it if you are needing a bit extra support!

Week 1 1 - Bringing it all together

As we find ourselves nearing the end of the program, it’s important to look at how far we’ve come. You’ll retake your initial assessment, and learn how to build on what you’ve already created so the good stuff keeps on going after the program is complete.

Week 12 - Closing Ritual

This week will include a powerful ritual to close out the program, and instructions on creating a guide for yourself to stay centered and connected as you move forward. I’ll also put out a challenge to keep up with at least one person in the program for the rest of 2020!

Small Group Support

Along with our full-group calls, where you’ll be able to ask questions about what you are experiencing, you’ll also be a part of a small group. During these calls, you’ll be connected with 3-5 women in the program with plenty of time carved in to talk about what you are going through and what you need help on. You can also be in touch with them in-between sessions, along with all the other women in the program in our private FB group.
