After my fibroid-surgery-gone-horribly wrong, I sure didn’t want to face what I’d do if another one grew.

But it’s not really about the fibroids or the cysts, the breast tenderness or the mood swings.

It’s not even about the bloating and weight gain during the second half of the month.

The missed periods OR the bloody-nightmare periods, the fatigue and barely getting out of bed for days – there’s an underlying reason for all of it.

Here’s the thing – it’s not just that your estrogen is high or your progesterone is out of whack.

It starts way before that with your gut health, your adrenals, and liver. And to shift your sex hormones into balance, you must begin there.

And where you end up is with normal, regular periods, cramp (and ibuprofen)-free, and lots more energy and focus to live your life to its fullest.

 Breaking it down to basics


In order to balance your hormones, dietary changes, movement, drainage, and targeted supplementation are a must. During these 8 weeks, you’ll learn what changes are right for your body.


Often overlooked, the emotional component of estrogen dominance or whacky hormones is just as important as the physical. Stress reduction & working to let go of old patterns that no longer serve are necessary.


Just as we have a physical body, we also have an energetic one that needs to be tended to. In this program, you’ll learn techniques to shift areas that underlie hormonal issues, while upregulating your ability to thrive.

What Does the Program Offer?


Over the 8 weeks of the program, you’ll receive a weekly packet via email with themed instruction each week. Each week builds on the last to give you a holistic approach to balancing hormones.


In this program, protocols are provided to target gut health, liver support, adrenal health/stress reduction, which is at the root of all menstrual issues, including fibroids and cysts, over-the-top PMS, heavy periods, and wacky perimenopause.


The program includes weekly group video calls via Zoom on Wednesdays. You will also be paired with another person in the group to help support each other through the changes you are making.

Each Week Dives Deeply Into An Essential Part of Your Hormone Health

Every Monday, you’ll have a packet of explanations, exercises, and guidance for that week’s topic. These are chock full of information that will help you pinpoint what is happening with your hormones, and how to regulate what is currently not working.

Each Wednesday, we’ll have a Zoom call to go over the material from that week, and I’ll answer all your questions.

Week 1 - Your Cycle 101

Learn how estrogen, progesterone, FSH, and LH work together to make your cycle happen. See how too low or too high a level of one hormone impacts the rest.

Understand what a cycle should look like in your 20s and 30s, and how things change in your late 30s into early 40s.

What’s happening to your hormones in perimenopause and menopause? You’ll come to see what this whole symphony is all about before you start learning what is throwing it off during the rest of the program.

You’ll also learn how to track your cycle, which is actually a superpower and chock full of information for your overall health and well-being.

Week 2 - Hormones and The Food We Eat

If you want your hormones to work properly, you absolutely have to Heal. Your. Gut.

Week 2 focuses on how to specifically upregulate digestion and begin to heal your gut lining.

Questionnaires will help you determine what type of dietary approach is best for your body, as well as figuring out in there is an underlying parasite or dysbiosis issue.

We’ll walk through ways to shift mindset blocks around food, digestion, and your microbiome.

Week 3 - Supporting Your Local Detox System

When it comes to getting your hormones into a happy balance, nothing is more important than your liver! That’s because it has to metabolize those hormones to move them out of your body, otherwise they become toxic to you.

This week, we’ll cover all the basics – liver support through food, herbs, and supplements (making sure you take care of both Phase I and Phase II liver detox); xenoestrogens and their impact on your hormones; and lifestyle shifts that support improved liver function (note: these are mostly some SWEET self-care rituals).

Week 4 - Get the Stress Out

Did you know your stress levels have a HUGE impact on your homornes?

Too much cortisol doesn’t place nice with progesterone – the happy hormone that helps balance estrogen – but too little cortisol is not good either. Plus, the hypothalamus and pituitary glands in your brain are really the ones running the show, and this is an often overlooked component.

This week, you’ll learn exactly how stress affects your hormones, and ways to combat its powerful influence.

Week 5 - Thyroid

What does the thyroid have to do with your hormones? A lot more than you think.

Thyroid function oversees your metabolism and body temperature, and when things start to go wrong with the thyroid, your sex hormones take a hit. High levels of estrogen can also impact your body’s ability to use thyroid hormones, setting up a vicious cycle.

We’ll talk about how to get your thyroid functioning optimally so that your hormones can do their thing.

Week 6 - Movement

Moving your body in ways that feels good to it is necessary for your hormones (and all your other body’s systems!) to work properly.

We’ll talk about the pros and cons of different exercise regimens based on your current health, and you’ll craft your own personalized movement plan.

Week 7 - Energy Approaches to Trauma

This week we’ll talk about how energy impacts your hormones, and then you’ll learn about my favorite somatic and energy systems: EFT and AIT.

We’ll also bring it all together so that you can continue with your hormone journey with a mind, body, energy/spirit approach!

Week 8 - Pulling It All Together

During our final week together, we’ll bring together everything you’ve learned about yourself and your hormones from the entire program.

At this point, you’ve already made massive changes that have impacted your hormone health, but you’ll finalize a blueprint that will take you beyond this program to deeper and more powerful healing.
