Listener’s Questions Answered: Perimenopause & Beyond w/Christine Garvin & Marieke Steen

This week, we are tackling your perimenopause-related questions!

We had over 40 questions submitted, and got through about 6 or so in 75 minutes. So we will be back in future episodes with more answers!

Here’s some of the questions we answered in this episode:

“Any specific ways to support my body and mind while heading into perimenopause?”

“What kind of hormone testing is best to get overall picture?”

“Testosterone injections make me so hungry all the time. Is there a way to combat that without feeling like I just can’t eat? Does it eventually go away?

“Thyroid medication and gut issues, I’ve read that it can cause gut dysbiosis is that true.”

“What are a few ways to get started on the journey of figuring out what hormones are doing and what to expect e.g., finding a compatible Dr (may have to kiss a few frogs), recommended testing, knowing your numbers, types, etc.”

We also tell you a little bit about our brand-new program, starting July 10th – Perimenopause Like A Boss. We’d LOVE for you to join us during this 4-week course, where you’ll get all your questions answered about peri, and SO MUCH MORE. If you sign-up this week, you can get $50 off with code “BOSS” at checkout.
