Spring Cleanse +
Our Bodies Deserve A Break
We are exposed to chemicals and other toxins on a daily basis, from car exhaust to parabens in our shampoo. At the same time, our bodies produce waste byproducts just from normal metabolic functions. Yes, your body is designed to rid itself of these toxins naturally, but with the amount of toxins we face in the world, on top of alcohol, medication, non-organic food and drink, it can become overburdened. Detoxification offers your body a break, with additional support to expel and metabolize these toxins. This may help with a variety of symptoms, from fatigue to joint pain, food cravings to low libido.
There are approximately 80,000 chemicals registered for use in the U.S. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that hundreds of these chemicals are present in our bodies.
How Bad Is My Toxic Load?
Processed foods, non-organic veggies, fruits, and meats, artificial sweeteners, soda, preservatives, additives, fast food, grilled foods, coffee, alcohol, smoke, medication and tap water all add to our toxic load, on top of personal care products, furniture, cleaners, and pollution.
How do toxins impact health?
Research shows that certain chemicals may affect our immune, endocrine, nervous, and reproductive systems. Yep, just about everything.

Metabolic detoxification is your body’s natural process of neutralizing+
This three-phase process unlocks fat-soluble toxins and converts them to a water-soluble state that is easier for your body to remove. Your body needs key nutrients and phytonutrients to support each of these phases.
Food and supplement guidance takes the guess-work out of what you should consume to best support your body to detox.
Supplement kit includes 2 containers of dairy or non-dairy protein powder for daily shakes/smoothies; 1 bottle of cleansing nutrients that supports Phase 1 and Phase 2 detox; 1 bottle of greens that provides strong phytonutrients; 2 bottles of a fiber complex that supports Phase 3 detox (your choice of capsule or powder form).
Supplements come from an organic and regenerative farm, and are the highest quality available. They are very powerful!
A daily tracker helps you to keep you on course.
Lots of recipes to keep your daily shakes interesting and tantalizing.
How Your Organs Detox+Function
Liver: Filters toxins; Aids the body in metabolizing fat, protein, and carbohydrates; Helps transform many toxins into harmless agents
Kidneys: Filter waste and excess fluid from the blood; Regulate and release the right balance of sodium, phosphorus, and potassium for the body to function properly
Small Intestine: Digests food so that nutrients can be absorbed into the blood and transported to the liver; Provides a barrier that blocks toxins from the rest of the body
Large Intestine: Absorbs water and electrolytes, forming waste that is excreted from the body; Produces antibodies for gastrointestinal health; Contains bacteria that create fatty acids and some vitamins for extra nutritional support
The Program Also Includes:
- Recommendations on how to greatly reduce or eliminate toxins from your environment
- How to greater support your detox through physical means like increased urination, sweating, and bowel movements.
- Energy practices and spiritual (non-religious) support

Who Is This Program For?
Anyone who is looking to metabolize and move toxins out of their body, give their liver and digestion a break, have more energy, better sleep, less pain, or support their body for the change of seasons.
who is this program *NOT* for?
If you have an autoimmune disorder, chronic illness that is diagnosed or undiagnosed, are currently working on a pathogen eradication protocol, or are very underweight, this program is not recommended. If you have specific questions about your current health and whether it’s a good idea to participate in this program, please don’t hesitate to email me.
Will this help me lose weight?
The goal of this program is not weight loss. It’s really about giving your system a break so that it can focus on moving stored toxins out. It also takes a load off your liver so that it can function better to detoxify on the day-to-day once you’ve finished the program. Yes, weight loss often accompanies this process, but it is not the driving force, and shouldn’t be the purpose or mindset going in.
Is the program gluten and dairy free?
It’s 100% gluten-free. When it comes to the protein powder component of the program, you may choose dairy or non-dairy protein.
What if I have a reaction to a food on the list?
If you know you have certain food allergies or sensitivities, please be sure to note them on the initial intake form, and Christine will offer different options.
Will there be follow-up after the program?
If you have continued issues or concerns after the program ends, you will have one-time access to Christine for further recommendations based on symptoms.
