Here’s the truth – you AREN’T, and getting a “late” start can still lead you to the best shape you’ve ever been in your life!

You’re going to learn all about HOW in today’s episode with Strength Coach Tina Tang. A latecomer to fitness – she started at age 42 – Tina now shows up 20-year-olds at her gym as she makes it look easy in her 50s.
