30 Min Introductory Call

This is where all my clients begin. We’ll assess your nutritional, movement, energy, digestion, and hormonal levels, and determine the best course of action.

Three Session Package

Once we’ve determined it’s a good fit to work together, we’ll jump into the real work with a 90 minute session to create an action plan, then two 60 minute follow up sessions to support you through changes and challenges.

Who is it For?

Our health doesn’t exist in a vacuum. How happy you feel is just as important as how much you sleep. How much energy you have is just as important as what you eat. That supplement you take impacts your aura, along with your biochemistry. So it’s important to look at all the areas of your life – nutritional, movement, energy, outlook, hormones, just to name a few – in order to figure out what’s working and what isn’t.

Everyone deserves a fully functional and comprehensive approach to their individual health. In our work together, we look at both your symptoms and functional lab testing to guide us in returning your body to homoestatis.

What's the first step in us working together?

Great question! Every client begins with an introductory 30-minute call. During this session, we’ll talk about what is going on with you, along with if and how I can help. I want to know your story, which is a huge part of the healing process. At the end of the conversation, we’ll determine if we’ll work together. At that point, you’ll sign up for a three-session package with me, unless we have determined that a six-session package will be a smarter choice for your journey.

What is your main area of focus?

I have learned over the years that the health of your gut is of utmost importance to your overall health. Your gut health is dependent on the foods you eat, how well you digest your food, if you are currently on or have been on birth control, how many rounds of antibiotics you’ve taken in your life, and a variety of other lifestyle choices. We will look at all of these! I also dive deep into your hormonal health, as this is a major part of how you feel everyday.

Do you subscribe to a particular nutrition philosophy?

I believe that every person’s body needs nutrition that is particular to them. Yes, there is some overlap (i.e. a high-sugar diet is NEVER a good idea), but I work with you to determine what nutritional approach works best for you. Having said that, I rarely recommend “extreme” approaches like veganism, Keto, raw food, or juice cleansing. I have personally done all of these diets, and found they tend to be tougher on the body in the long run rather than supportive of it. In some extreme cases, a “healing” diet is needed for a short amount of time, but never for the long term.

Do you teach about sports nutrition?

Though I certainly can help you determine which foods will support you in your exercise regimen, no, I am not a sports nutritionist. So if you hare doing some heavy-duty training for an Iron Man, I suggest you work with a qualified sports nutritionist.

Do you work with men as well as women?

Yes, I do have the occasional male client. I tend to look more at digestion and nutritional health, and less at hormonal health for men, though, as I am not trained in men’s hormones.

I'm ready to change my health and life dramatically, and would therefore like to sign up for your Complete Vitality program. Can I do that?

Every client must begin with the 1.5 hour introductory assessment. At the end of that meeting, we can chat about if you feel like the 3 month program will be a good fit for your life. I only work with a maximum of 5 program clients at a time.

My Approach

I believe that the most important relationship you have is with your body. We have generally been taught that our body is the enemy, and we need to do whatever it takes to tame it. In the process, we end up facing our body’s cries for help: disordered eating, allergies, autoimmune disorders, IBS, hormonal issues. Our minds chime in with mental and emotional disorders. It becomes a vicious cycle of dis-ease.

The amazing thing about our bodies is they want to heal. They want to feel their absolute best. They want you to love them.

When you begin to pay attention to your body, to listen to it, it will let you know what it needs. Sometimes, we are so disconnected from our bodies that it takes some time to figure out what is required.

That’s where I come in: I’m here to help you figure out what your body needs to live its best, most healthy life. Which will give you all kinds of extra time and energy to live your best life.

Complete Vitality Program

For Those Who Need Comprehensive Support to Make Big Changes

Where We Begin

  • At the end of our first session, we’ll discuss if the Complete Vitality program is optimal for you. I recommend this program for those who deal with chronic illness or pain, are facing a health crisis of some sort, or who are already healthy but are looking to jump to that next level in their life.


  • If we determine the CV program is right for you, then we’ll make the commitment to working together a minimum of three months of getting you healthy and strong.


  • In order for us to determine the best approach for a successful program for you, on top of the original questionnaires, you’ll take an Enneagram test and the Four Tendencies quiz.

Getting Into The Good Stuff

  • Next, I send you an action plan, and we’ll determine if it’s the best approach (we tweak it until we get it right!). Action plans include physical, emotional, nutritional, energetic (using Emotional Freedom Technique),
  • and lifestyle changes.


  • We’ll create benchmarks in order to follow these changes closely, and to see what is working and what isn’t.


  • We meet one more time that month for an hour, and then twice a month at a time we designate to chat benchmarks, things we need to alter, next level progression, and a good old-fashioned, “how’s life treating you?”


What Comes Next

  • Yes, I can work alongside your current healthcare professional, either by you connecting us, or by getting information from them (blood tests, etc.) that help us better figure out your personal “code”.


  • You can email me anytime with  questions or issues that come up, and I will respond within 24 hours.


  • Your fee for the original 1.5 hour session will be applied to your first month’s cost in the program.

On top of what I offer in Whole Health Coaching, the Vitality Complete program is a safe and supportive container to drastically improve your health. You’ll sync up with what your body has been trying to tell you. I’ll provide guidance along what can often be a bumpy path. You’ll receive a concrete plan you can easily follow, designed specifically for You.

What you have to be ready to do:

-Believe that you can change, and that you can get better, no matter where your health is currently
-Commit to following the plan that you ultimately decide is best for you
-A minimum of three months of working together

Introductory Session

Welcome! During this 30 min session, we'll cover your biggest health issue. What are you facing that you need some real help with? Gut issues, hormones, energy, and skin are often big ones for many women. You'll leave with a targeted answer to your question. We'll also figure out if it makes sense to work together on a deeper level, where the real healing occurs.

3 Session Package w/email communication in between

Healing happens when we are supported over time, figuring out what works and what doesn't. In the first session, which lasts an hour and a half, we will go over your health history, concerns, and goals. Additional functional lab testing may be recommended to determine root cause issues with gut concerns and hormonal imbalances. We will create an action plan tailored to your specific needs with recommendations for nutrition, movement, hormonal, and lifestyle options. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.
